About OL's

Ol's Bier & more is a family-run bar ran by us!  (Ella and Shaun Bishop) and backed up by an awesome team behind the bar. Opening in 2021 as a bottle shop, selling a carefully curated selection of craft beers, real ales, artisan spirits and wines of the world. 

Following a successful year, the taproom opened in the shop, serving the people of Stalybridge and beyond with a place to enjoy our stock and take part in tasting events and our popular quizzes.

Stocking everything from favourable lagers to juicy IPAs and full-bodied imperial stouts, we offer a wealth of options, alongside a wine selection to suit all palates, including some of the best produce Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas has to offer. There are 4 keg pumps (2 of which are rotated weeky) and 1 cask hand pump which is changed weekly.
