About Ol's

Ol's Bier & more is a family-run bottle shop and bar run by Ella and Shaun Bishop. Opening in 2021 as a bottle shop, selling a carefully curated selection of craft beers, real ales, artisan spirits and wines of the world. 

Following a successful year, the taproom has since opened in the shop, serving the people of Stalybridge and beyond with a place to enjoy our stock and take part in tasting events and our popular quizzes.

Stocking everything from favourable lagers to juicy IPAs and full-bodied imperial stouts, we offer a wealth of options, alongside a wine selection to suit all palates, including some of the best produce Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas has to offer.
